At Bright Site Solutions, your safety is our priority. All customers hiring or purchasing equipment are responsible for using it safely, correctly, and in accordance with all manuals, industry guidelines and South African health and safety regulations.

Safe Use of Equipment

Before using any equipment, ensure you have read and understood the operating instructions. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times, such as gloves, eye protection, hearing protection and safety footwear. Equipment should only be operated by competent and trained individuals. Make sure your work area is safe, stable and free of hazards, and ensure bystanders are kept clear while the equipment is in use.

Inspection and Maintenance

All hire equipment is checked, serviced and tested before each rental. If you notice any defect, damage or unusual behaviour, stop using the item immediately and contact Bright Site Solutions so we can collect, replace or repair it.

Customer Responsibilities

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. Customers must not modify, alter or attempt to repair any item. Equipment must be operated in a safe environment and stored securely to prevent loss, theft or damage.

Accidents and Damage

If an accident, injury or damage occurs while the equipment is in your possession, inform Bright Site Solutions as soon as possible. Deliberate misuse or negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement.
