🔧 Hiring Equipment
How do I hire equipment from Bright Site Solutions?
Browse our website, add the equipment you need to your cart, and complete your order online.
You will receive a confirmation email with collection instructions.
Do I need an account to hire equipment?
No — you can hire tools as a guest.
However, creating an account makes it easier to view past orders and repeat hires quickly.
What identification do I need when collecting equipment?
Please bring a valid ID or driver's licence. For certain items we may require proof of address.
Can I reserve equipment in advance?
Yes. If the item is in stock, you can book it online and collect it at your chosen time.

Where do I collect my equipment?
All collections happen at our branch:
Plot 49 Mossie Street, Onderstepoort, Pretoria, 0110
When can I collect or return equipment?
During business hours:
Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:30
Sat: 08:00–13:00
What happens if I'm late returning equipment?
A daily extension fee may apply. Contact us if you need to extend your hire period.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes — as long as they bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
💳 Payments & Deposits
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, EFT, and mobile payments.
Is a deposit required?
Some high-value items may require a refundable deposit. This will be clearly shown at checkout.
When will my deposit be refunded?
Once the equipment is returned in good condition, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
🛠 Equipment Care & Support
What if the equipment stops working during my hire?
Stop using the item immediately and contact us.
We will advise whether to return it for replacement.
Do you provide instructions for each tool?
Yes — most items come with user guides.
If you need extra help, our team can talk you through safe operation.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can assess the repair or replacement required.
